I am getting the error above after creating a new view and sharing it with users, after I select the view on the dashboard I will get the following error as in title. But if I scroll over the same view filed the data will appear is there a way to correct this or is this a bug little lost Thanks

    Steven,

I haven't seen anything similar so my recommendation is to open a ticket with Microsoft and ask them to help you.

    Hello,

Looks like issue is with either corrupted Metadata or view is in Inactive state. If the view is in inactive state, then please try to activate and then try but if it's already in active state then, can you try to refresh the metadata by changing the view in view selector and then publish the changes and let us know if it helps or not ?

How would I go about doing this, I know the view has been shared.  Do you mean from this window ?  Screenshot_5F00_1.jpg

You (or User who shared the view with you) can try changing the view from - "Lead associated view" to some other view which is working and then switch back to view - "Lead associated view" highlighted part -

    Hello,

We've recently transitioned to the new Unified Interface for Dynamics 365 (online) and some users are experiencing errors when viewing elements of dashboards shared with them identical to those described above.

The dashboard loads as normal but the view (which they previously had access to) now displays "0x90000010 Can not retrieve view's metadata"

A workaround as previously noted is to change the view and then change it back (therefore confirming it is not a security role or sharing issue) but upon reloading the dashboard the same error appears and the workaround needs to be repeated.

How might this be resolved without a workaround each time please?

    Thanks,

    Alex

We recently got the similar issue, try changing the view to public / system if personal. We faced this issue when a system dashboard was referring to a personal view.
