I am setting up reminders for a demo. I can't see that you can have a different report layout associated with a Level - would I be right or am I missing something?
i.e.
Level 1: nice, friendly letter
Level 2: getting a bit more grumpy
Level 3: sending to debt collection
Or does the overall report stay the same and it is just the beginning and ending text that gets updated?

As you’ve described in your last sentence. The level text is just lines as comments in the reminder
