Workflow Not Running on Trigger

I've put together a work flow that is supposed to run whenever a lead's total score changes and the score is greater than 80, however, I have tried to test it and the workflow doesn't execute. I set it up so that the work flow runs whenever a record field changes (total score), and I want it to send an email alert to myself and a couple other users. The query I used is a check condition of IF Lead:Total Score >=80, then: Send email and assign user. I am set up in the system as a lead for testing purposes and I have gone in and looked at pages on our website, clicked email links, and filled out a form which all have increased my score (from 1,294 to 2,000+) yet the workflow still has not run at all. There are other users on my team that have also tried to test it and it has not run on them either. I have the entity as a lead, category: workflow, scope: user, start when: record fields change, and available to run: As an on demand process. Is there something that I am missing with how I have it set up or could the "available to run" option be what's stopping it from running automatically? Any help is appreciated as this is becoming ever more frustrating. Thanks!

    Hello,

Have you tried changing the scope to "organization"?

(i assume that the workflow is not in "draft" state, right?)

I have not tried changing the scope, and yes, the workflow has been activated.

Well if the workflow is on demand and scope is user, then it should only run if the owner of the workflow is the user that does the changes in lead entity.

Try to change the scope to "organization".
