Error While Posting Warehouse Shipment

The below Error is encountered while posting Warehouse Shipment.
 
Error message: 
Quantity Shipped in the associated blanket order must not be greater than Quantity in Sales Line Document Type='Blanket Order',Document No.='AME-BO-1054',Line No.='70000'.

We have Blanket Sales Order which is treated as Forecast from Customer.
 
We convert the Blanket Sales Order to Sales Order and complete the Fulfillment cycle.
 
Please let us know if anyone have a Solution for the above Error.

    Hi,
     
    Problem is You have less quantity on blanket sales order line(Line No.='70000') than sales order line
    Quantity in blanket sales order line(Line No.='70000') should same as Sales Order line quantity.
     
    Solution:
    Go to blanket sales order AME-BO-1054 and Refill quantity in blanket sales order line as same as sales order line quantity and try post sales order

    You are trying to post a Warehouse Shipment, and the system checks whether the Quantity Shipped (across all released orders referring to the blanket order) exceeds the original blanket order line quantity.
     
    Can you share the screenshot of the document which might help to get more details.

    Hi,
     
    The Error pertaining to the Blanket Sales Order was not coming up in the earlier version.

    However, the latest upgrade to version 26 last week has triggered this error.
     
    The Blanket Sales Order is the Original Order given and stored as Forecast.
    We make a copy of Sales Order and Release the Order as per the customer changes.
     
    How can we avoid the below error without tampering the original Order (AME-BO-1054)

    It seems that you're creating all your Sales Orders from a Blanket Order. When working with Blanket Orders, there are specific validations that must be respected. If it's an independent Sales Order, then there’s no issue.Please check the quantity in the Blanket Order and the corresponding Sales Order to ensure it’s not being exceeded. The fix is simple, but please make sure to perform a root cause analysis (RCA) first.
