Portal - Inline Editing Toolbar Missing Preview Button

Hi, 

I'm trialling the Portal solution for CRM and having trouble with the Inline editing toolbar, with the top "Preview On/Off" missing.

I do have the toolbar but I only have the options of Children, Edit, Delete & New.

I also don't have functionality of hovering over elements and the edit option appearing. Im signed in as administrator.

Anyone have any ideas what permissions have to be set or are missing for the Preview functionality.

    I've somehow fixed it by restarting the portal.

    "Turn it off, turn it on again"
