Data Validation in Employee Maintenance?

Is there any way to setup a data validation on fields in the employee maintenance screen? We have frequent data entry errors where wrong city state/zip code are entered into employee records.

Jason,

Out of the box there isn't a setting where you can do this. You would need to build your logic with one of several programming options available. For instance, you could use VBA, Dexterity, Visual Studio, or the like, to accomplish validation. You might also be able to accomplish some level of validation with a software that verifies addresses like dynamic zip (www.kampdata.com)
