Hi Community,
1. May I ask how do I create this icon on the ribbon, and fill up the icon with the statements ?
2. Is there any restrictions to how many icon I can create?

Adding new action buttons can be done through the development client. If you reference this role centre page you can view the properties of how it has been set to use a dropdown with sub actions. Copy that approach for your new scenario
