Hi,
I have a question about work picking and the Mobile device ?
we have pick work created to pick 3 unit of a single item
we want the User to Pick each time and not key in the total picked on the mobile device
I have been looking at the following settings
But i can not seem to get it to work, am i missing something, am i missing something
Work Confirmation setup.
from what i have read this should be working, asking the User to scan each item as they count for picking.
If the item xyz001 has pick 5 on the work then the user must scan 5 times to add the items

try making the max, pieces value = 1 in Warehouse management > Warehouse management > Setup > Mobile device > Mobile device menu items. and suggest
