This is not possible OOTB with CRM.  If you wanted to create a multi lookup field with same functionality as the appointment entity (Attendees field) then you would need to create the entity as a custom activity

Hi I wasn't able to quite follow this. (I'm just picking up Dynamics 365 as no-one else in my organisation knows how to develop on the platform.)

We are using version 8 which doesn't have a multiselect list feature. I want to select several regions in a custom entity form.

How can I do this? I've seen a few posts about custom development but i don't understand how I can do these custom development in Dynamics.

Any help in this would be most appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello ,

Ideally its not supported if you think in field perspective , but you can define a sub grid (N:N relationship with Appointment and the lookup entity ) to your form . When you click on sub grid + icon it will show you to select lookup  and add the lookup value in the sub grid.

There is no control that can provide you with that functionality.

You can probably build something similar with custom code or using a N:N relationship with custom entity to get the same results.

Sonoma Partners used to have a Multiselect control, so if you can find that it might resolve your issues, as Sonoma has been bought out.

    Hope this helps.

yes,  "multiple-selected lookup" equals subgrid. :)
