I am trying to use an email template I have created for contacts. When I open a new email and use the "insert Template" feature, the template populates the subject line fine but not the body. When I select the contact and use the "direct email" function it works fine. I need to inseet the template in the email so I can make minor modifications to the body before sending the email.
