CSV Bank Statement Date Error Upload

I am trying to upload CSV bank statement and I continue to get the error below. what needs to be changed so I can get the CSV uploaded into Dynamics. Thanks.

    Hi,

    The issue is because of the Data Exchange Definition for the Bank Statement Import field formatting.

    If possible change the Data Exchange Definition field datatype to text and try.

    I had faced this issue and got it resolved. Refer screenshot below.
