Customer Voice Product doesn't work

Hello,
I have a complaint about the customer voice product, it's been a long time since the page crashes, and keeps loading and showing (Setting Up...) like in the screenshot below, I really need this to be fixed as soon as possible as I paid for it.
The big problem that I can't contact any of the Microsoft team or any chat to fix this issue.

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
      • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete in your browser.
      • Select Cached images and files and Cookies.
      • Click Clear data, then refresh the page.
    2. Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode
      • Open the link in Incognito/Private mode.
      • Alternatively, try using Edge, Chrome, or Firefox to isolate browser-specific issues.
    3. Check Environment and License
      • Go to the Power Platform Admin Center: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com
      • Ensure that:
        • The Customer Voice app is installed in your environment.
        • You have an active Customer Voice license assigned.
      • If not, install it via:
        • Admin Center > Resources > Dynamics 365 Apps > Install Apps > Customer Voice
    4. Reset or Reprovision the App (if stuck)
      • Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com
      • Select the correct environment.
      • Go to Solutions > Customer Voice Core and check if it's properly installed.
      • If not, you may need to:
        • Remove and reinstall the Customer Voice app from the Admin Center.
    5. Submit a Support Request
