Can anyone advise how to unlock row format if FRX was involuntarily shut down while being maintained?

Was this a Row, which was locked by someone, and when you go to open the Row, you are prompted for a password, or select read-only?

Frx suddenly shut down while i was ammending some account numbers and when i try to re-open it is saying 'row format is in use by me ' and therefore not allowing me to continue.
Close out of FRx, and go to the SysData folder, and make sure that no .ldb files exist.
If they do, delete them.
