Connection Error: 501 Bad BIN EDC

I am trying to change Credit Card Processors and am getting the following error when I change the parameters. I have contacted Tsys and they have confirmed that the data is correct. I get the followinf error: Connection Error: 501 - Bad BIN or Host Disconnect. Where can I go for assistance?

    If you have more than one computer make sure they all have the BIN Changed, Also set it to all 0's or 1's and apply it then go back in and apply the correct settings for the new processor.

    Double check that TSYS turned on Debit (you would be surprised how often this happens!) for your account.

    Second, double check that your Sharing Group letters are in CAPS.
