D365 F&O Purchase order ETA update based on shipment/load ETA?

Dear Madam/Sir,

How can you (automatically) reflect the updated ETA of a shipment/load in the ETA details for the Purchase order line?

Imagine the situation that vessel gets delayed and the forwarder informs us that the arrival date will be 14 Nov instead of 8 Nov. I can update the ETA details in the shipment/load, but these details do not get shown/updated anywhere in the PO line details. I believe this should be shown in the 'Confirmed Delivery date' field of the 'Delivery' section. This is currently blank.

Please note, we are using Advanced Warehousing (AWS) for booking inbound shipments, not the Landed costs module. I know that the Landed Cost module has the configuration which updates the 'Confirmed Delivery date', but I have not found the same for the AWS setup.

Hi Koen,

I think you can only achieve that by updating manually the confirmed delivery date on the purchase order line.
