Hi All,
For each Account/Contact, I Have to maintain these values,
Last Contact Date with Account/Conatct and Number of interactions in last 3 months.

Well the thing I could think of would be rollup fields. There is a cost to having these as it recalculates every 12 hours. It also has a maximum amount of rollup fields per organization due to this cost. I'd recommend you go take alook at this great blog post by Power Objects: www.powerobjects.com/.../roll-up-fields-dynamics-crm-2015 or the msdn article: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn817863.aspx .
These would provide you a way of counting related entities and specifying a duration of three months.

Like Jason said, rollup fields come at a cost - and probably can't solve your issue on last contact date. My solution only works if it's just for visuals, and not for reporting, otherwise, look at the post above mine.
What you can do very easilly is configure a subgrid on activities on the account and contact form and sort them on 'actual end'. You can configure the view on the subgrid so that it shows 'Actual End Last X months' where you equal X to 3.
