WRONG COST CALCULATION AVERAGE COSTING METHOD

Dear All,

Could you please go through the attached excel sheet downloaded from Dynamics 365 "Value Entries" table and provide valuable advice why the system calculating wrong costs (please refer unit costs column) against some sales transactions while using average costing method?
