How to view the exact time of PO confirmation

Hi,

Is it possible to view the exact time that the PO was confirmed please? (I have a batch set up for confirming the POs and need to see if a certain PO was caught in the batch).

Hi,

To achieve this you should activate the created date and time field on the table for the Purchase confirmation (Table: VendPurchOrderJour, Field: createdDateTime). In the table property sheet, find the appropriate table, go to it's properties and set the "CreatedDate" to Yes. This is not done through the front end UI and should be done with the support of your Dev.

You can see the Date/Time the PO was created. Refer to the batch job history to see when the confirmation batch job next ran after the time the PO was created (and also check the history log to see if there are any messages which refer to the particular PO).

I think you can achieve that by adding the column 'Change date' (via personalize)
