How do I get selected orders transferred to the filter in the batch posting function (NAV 2017)?

Hello guys,

I would like to select orders and post them with the batch posting function.

When I select the orders and choose the action, the filter no. is empty.

I thought that if I select the orders beforehand, the orders would then be transferred to the filter.

How can I achieve this by code?

Thank you ;)

To transfer selected orders to the filter in the batch posting function in NAV 2017, follow these steps:

    1. Open the batch posting function in NAV 2017.
    2. Select the orders that you want to transfer to the filter.
    3. Right-click on the selected orders and choose "Transfer to Filter" from the context menu.
    4. The selected orders will now be transferred and displayed in the filter section of the batch posting function.
    5. You can then proceed with the batch posting using the transferred orders.

Note: The specific steps may differ slightly depending on the customization or setup of your NAV 2017 system.

Hi, sorry I didn't test it in NAV2017, I did a simple test in BC and for selected records it seems to work. So I think you can select all records before opening Batch Post.

If this does not meet your needs, because you can modify the standard code in NAV 2017, you can create an assignment function to pass the current filter result from the order list page. Here is a simple example.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
