Error on create entity on dynamics portal

Hello!

When i create record of an entity on dynamics portal then following error display which is not understandable for me so kindly help me about this!

An unknown failure has occurred. Error ID # [4e5d8146-3f62-42fe-b368-56731bd180ce]

    Hello,

    Try to create record for this entity from CRM and see if you are getting any error ?? this is a generic error  in portal but if you are getting error in CRM you will get more details.

    Further you can also try to enable custom error : docs.microsoft.com/.../view-portal-error-log

    Hope it will help.

    Can you make sure all mandatory fields are in the portal and its populated before submitting.

    Hello!

    This problem is due to my workflow when i deactivate my workflow so it resolve but when i activate my workflow it again problem. My workflow is when is create record of "Committee" entity so record of committee member also create and committee member make member of that committee which created. In my workflow custom workflow activity also using.

    Give me suggestions please!

    As I said before you should get this error in CRM as well if it is related to workflow, unless this is not specific to permission, so make sure your user has required permissions to create and to be associated to committee entity.
