Payables Differentiation

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I need to query all the payables that are from GP.  However, looking at the PM30200 and PM20000 tables, I do not see anything that stands out.

Is there any chance I’m missing something?

    Hi WennSoft!

So do you mean that there is no records in either of the PM30200 and PM20000 tables? The link that Redbeard provides all the PM tables as well as some clarifications on what fields should have which values.

    Hope this helps.

Victoria Yudin has a really good set of Table References online.  Perhaps these will help you with your differentiation.

No records at all in these tables ?

In case we are talking about a live company with posted or applied payable transactions, these tables can not be empty !

What exactly are you looking for?

    Invoices? Checks? Apply To's??

Those are your open and Historical tables if all your looking for is basic info.
