Can someone help me as how to integrate Dynamics 365 with Moneris Payment Gateway .
I need to get the data from the Moneris Payment Gateway API and store it into CRM.

SynapseIndia have built a Moneris Payment Gateway Integration with Dynamics CRM. You could get in contact with them or another Microsoft Gold Partner.
There is nothing existing for this, so it would require you to write a C# plugin that queries Moneris via their API. There is a variety of sample code around the web for doing things similar to this. Here's one example of accessing an external web service via plugin code (it would of course have to be modified to make the requests in whatever format Moneris's API requires):
