Error when opening Item card Page in Business central

I get this error when I try opening the Item card Page, I did not change/remove any setup Neither is there any development/ customization in this sandbox environment.
I get the following error:

    Update: I could not recreate the error, looks like a temporary error/glitch.

    I apologize I could not reply yesterday, 
    1. I am using business central on cloud. 
     
    As of today there is no error. Only change that i made before closing yesterday was disable the copilot capabilities. I will try to revert those changes and check if the error reappears.

    Hi, Copilot is only supported on Business Central online, not private cloud environments or Business Central on-premises environments.
     
    I'm not sure, but from your error message (localhost:10020), did you force this feature on the On-Pre?

    Hi, Please Select either "Agree for Everyone" or "Disagree for Everyone" for the Integration Name "Azure OpenAI" to see if it can help.

    Hi,
     
    I think you use the On-prem version of BC.
     
    if yes so i guess the issue is due to machine connectivity.
     
    please verify your the firewell rules otherwise you must look Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Server instance
