I am trying to create a Drop Ship POP from a SOP Line Item - the drop box on PO Preview screen is greyed out..

The sales item is non-inventory.

Is this possible?

There should be no problem creating a drop ship for a non-inventory item. I am not sure what you mean when you say the box is grayed out in the PO Preview screen.

In the SOP line item, which is non-inventory, you should have a check box for drop shipping that line. Once you click the drop ship box, then you should be able to click the purchase button and create your drop ship.

Could you clarify where exactly you are having the problem?

I had failed to notice the drop ship 'D' on Sales Line Item - once I saw it - I was able to create a drop ship PO.
