Custom column in General Journal

Hey, BC365 users. 


One of our BC365 users has a custom column (Field) in Finance - General Journals, called "Dimensions". But I am not able to replicate this column to another user, it is not available in the list of "Ready" fields. Is there an option in the settings, where I can add Fields to the list, and then add this Field to the General Journals page?

    Did you add the field in table level first using tableextension?

    then you need to add the field in page level using pageextension.

    Thank you for the swift reply. No, I haven't. May I ask, where can I see and configure these table and page extensions?

    8 of the Dimensions setup in the system have columns. They are titled differently. I would check out the general ledger setup page to see which 8 shortcut dimensions are set. If a user already has the column then it will be one of those. Just a case of you knowing there actual field captions. Development seems unlikely as a result.
