Yes, remove the filter criteria, and add all the required field which you want to show.

    Hi,

The quick find view is a system view you can not create another quick find view , you can just add attributes on that view only thats  it.

You can refer below link to see how its works

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Octa,

You can only create 1 quick find view per entity in dynamics crm.

You can edit it filter creteria and also you can add the required field in that Quick find view.

If you find it helpful, Please mark as Verified.

    Best Regards,

    Shahbaaz

Octa, Quick Find View only can be defined one time. In default Quick Find View, you define what columns that you allowed to be search. If you want to limiting the result, you used view filter instead you create a new Quick Find View. When user changed View, the filter will automatically applied.

    Hello Shabaaz,

Thanks for your reply , but let me elaborate my query little bit, may be i didn't put it in a correct way.

I have an entity say customEntity, which is shown on the sales area,

now i goto that entity and open it, it gives me active records view currently visible on the view selection.

Normally there comes only a single quick find view which will search active records only whatever the current view is selected on the form.

I want to make 5 quick find views for five normal views.

    e.g 1.active view

         2.Inactive view

    1.Active quick find view

    2.Inactive quick find view.

    likewise the remaining three others.

    any help will be appreciable.
