Dynamically creating Leads based on forms on existing websites.

Hi,

I am trying to figure out if there is any way to implement this. Basically I want to create a Form -> Embed it on a web page -> Every time someone fills in the form -> Create Lead. That would be the basic functionality.

I've looked into Entity Forms, but for that I would need to create a website in Dynamics (I don't want that). I've also tried to see if I can embed that form into an IFrame (can't seem to make it work).

I am very new to Dynamics, and I can't seem to find enough documentation on this topic in order to solve the problem on my own.

I hole you can help me. I look forward to a reply.

Thanks,

Andrei

    Hello.

You have to create a webpage that will add the lead to your CRM system.

If you don't want to make it on your own... there are some good 3rd party solutions on the market available.

Please pay attention to this sites for some examples:

    Hope that helps.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Andrei,

I used to have a page that was hosted on Azure, and created a lead in CRM.

I would then embed the page on inside on IFRAME on the web site, and that should work.

You should consider SSL restrictions, so that site and IFRAME page use same protocol.

If you need sample of web page/site to be hosted on Azure, PM me with your email, and I can send you.

    Let me know.
