Hi All

We are using Shopify B2C but in shopify using shopify app B2B customers and mix of B2C, B2B exist. When a customer is created in Shopify there is no one way of syncing to Business central. Some of the flows:

1. Shopify customer synced to a generic web customer in BC (based on shopify tags)

2.Shopify customer linked to as existing specific customer in BC(based on shopify tags)

3.Shopify customer created in BC as new credit customer (based on tags)

So the question is can we extend the customer sycn to route flows based on Shopify tags
