Changes to touchscreen keyboard dropped during station reboot

Hello Ladies and Gents,

I have made some changes to our display, specifically touchscreen keyboard.

My Window Properties are:

Left Position: 75

Top Position: 355

Width: 730

Height:  215

The display properties meet our needs and I am happy, but then upon restart of the POS Station some of the new properties are wiped out, specifically the Left Position, it reverts back to 0.

Anyone have any advice on this?

Clint

    Thanks for the response.

Yes, I am logged on as an Admin and have tried making the changes both accounts.

    No joy.

Are you logged in on a non-admin account? In our environment the configuration file for POS settings isn't writable by non admin accounts, and so changes aren't saved. If you aren't already, try logging into windows as an administrator, opening POS and making the changes and saving, then closing and logging back into your normal register account.
