Error trying to Activate Store Commerce

Hi All-
 
I am new to the commerce world and trying to stop my POS in commerce. I thought I have followed the directions correctly and have everything turned on as needed but I keep getting this.
 
 
I have looked at the device settings and headquarters and am not what I am missing. I am sure this is simple but any help is appreciated.

    Please check if you have chosen the right Application type for the device.

    I did make sure it was setup like your and followed the document but still get error.

    Looks like someone activated the same device with different device type earlier. Run 1090 full sync once and then verify

    If the configurations are correct, I second run the 1090 full sync again. I recommend using the guided activation process where you will be prompted with the Store and terminal list for selection, which will avoid data entry errors if you enter manually.

    Thanks. I tried to full sync and still got message. Not I am trying the guided as you had suggested and am getting nothing to select for register and device
     
     
    There is nothing in the drop down. 
     
    Any assistance is appreciated.

    I actually think I got it working. I did a full sync and it appears. THANKS SO MUCH!
