Hello Experts

when we are trying to cancel a Sales Order, I'm getting the following error:



even the delivery reminder option is also disabled 
I have the same question (0)

    Hello Vishal,
     
    Looks purchase order has been created to fulfil the Sales order requirement.
    Delete that exact purchase order. If item are on registered or delivered status, please cancel/complete the transaction and then try to cancel the sale order.
