Error getting PO Transaction record when posting a purchasing invoice

Hello,

We are running into an error message when posting an enter/match purchasing invoice receipt against a PO. "Error getting PO Transaction record" . This error is occurring more frequently. It appears however once we log out of GP and back in the error goes away. Not always but the last occurrence this worked. Have you seen this before?

I haven't had any clients report an issue like this.

However, if I did I would think that this is a connectivity issue since you say you can find the record once you log out and log back in again.

For starters check to see if you have having a time out issue between the workstation and the GP SQL server. You many need to increase the time out setting.
