Checkbox for ALL no longer visible

Hi All,

I noticed that Ms Dynamics 365 recent update, the view for each of the table does not have a checkbox to select all records.

Is that a way to display the checkbox to select all records?

Below the image has a missing checkbox above it to select all the records.

is there any workdaround?

Any advise is appreciated.

Further note regarding the non-exist of the select all checkbox.

In the designer view, I can see the checkbox for all but not it published view.

I checked that it could be the education accelerator that we had recently updated.

Any advise is appreciated.

Hi Haig,

This issue happens to all views tables since the upgrade.

I checked the version before the upgrade, it works fine.

Hi, we had a similair issue using a model-driven app. All tables were not showing the all-select box. Turned-out that the preview mode was on:

The Reply from Kris NL solved this issue for us. The german translates to the Try the new look selector:

Go into settings for FS, Disable this, then make sure you are using the 'Read only grid' view control, and the checkbox is back

We're using the new look and have lost the select all box which is having a large productivity impact. Could you provide a bit more detail around where to go to re-enable it please?

We already have the Read-only Grid enabled:

But still don't have select all as an option:

It's still not working in the New Look.

I've reverted back in our Dev + UAT instances and indicated when I did this that it was due to missing functionality, i.e. I can no longer select all items in a View.

The New look select icons are square in shape. The older ones are circles.

Feels like MS need to fix this before people can seriously adopt the New Look.

I'm using Chrome

The whole user interface is corrupt! Well done. If you try the new look and you set a 10 row result, then you get all rows. If you then select all it select all rows. If you then press edit, it edits 10 rows. This has not been tested properly
