Hi:

How do you create a Configuration Package containing "setup windows", such as General Ledger Setup, for importing into another company within the same instance?

Hi John,

The following are the ways to achieve this requirement

Config Package.

Basically you have to create a config package. Define a table then export the package and excel file and import to your company you wish to.

Basically almost the same goal with config package but it allows you to transfer data from source company to your destination company in the same environment instance.

Hi, These setup windows are also tables.

Just process these tables as you would import any other data. The only thing to note is that the keys of these tables are generally empty.
