In standard NAV, is there a way of NAV sending out an approval notification for approval request entries that have been 'approved'?
I have created a workflow using the standard templates, NAV sends out the emails when approval is
a) requested
b) cancelled
c) rejected
but not
d) approved.
Ok, but the User-ID is a problem for me, because I do not know, who will approve the document for another person...that should work automatically...
I have the same in Create a notification for" - only User ID.
Would be great to see there something different
And in your scenario you give in the the email address of the person, who should get the notification when the document has been approved?
If I insert the response "Create a notification for" then I have to insert a User-ID:
And as I said, the system itself should recognize who will be informed, that the dodument has been approved.
I need here the same procedure like when a document has been rejected...
In my scenario another people make approvals and other get notification that document is approved.
The issue is that I didn't find a solution to notify a group of people or other options - only specific approver.

I have this response as well, but there you have to type in the user, who will be informed.
In your variant, you specify a specific user, but I can't do that in my case because there are always other users interacting with each other in the workflow, so I can't specify a user for approval.
The system must itself recognize who wants to get something approved and who the corresponding approver is, then the person who cannot approve himself/herself should get the approval via the gene healer and then an e-mail should be sent.
