Customization not updated on Production

Hello everyone,

I have done some customization in BC Sandbox and it is running successfully. But when I manually installed it in Production environment the customization is not working. I checked the extension management and my extension is completely installed. Kindly help.

Hi,

Not sure what exactly you had done in sandbox, check if there is nothing hardcoded.

Please double-check the field numbers of your custom fields in table extension.. using the same field number that is already assigned to other fields in your extension and installed in the production environment can cause issues with reflecting changes... I have personally faced this kind of issue in past..
