How can I find out to which user or queue an item is assigned to?

Hi.

We're about to implement queues as part of our CRM installation and I have pretty much everything down pat except for one thing; how can I find out which user or queue an item is assigned to?

If I assign a task to a queue then there is as far as I can tell no way of opening that task and finding out to which queue it is assigned to.

Am I missing something or is this not possible?

TIA.

I don't think this is possible.... the purpose of the Queue is to hold items not assigned yet, and it allows a pool of users to pull items from the Queue, at which point they are assigned to the user.

The Queues form is not editable either, so there's no way to put another column on it with more information. I tried to do this last week, and did some reading to find this out.

Overall, I've found Queues to be quite limited in functionality, and are basically only usefull as a way to pool items that are waiting to be handled...
