We're working on going live with the BC x Shopify API integration but have encountered some issues with a few functions that we're unsure how to resolve.
When creating a sales order synced from Shopify, items are not being reserved in stock, despite having the "Always reserve" option enabled on the item card. This issue doesn’t occur with our other API integration for another webshop.
Only the main currency is being imported into BC, regardless of the currency the customer uses on Shopify. For instance, if a customer makes a purchase in USD on our website, the order syncs into BC as SEK. This is confusing, as the payment was made in USD, but the order in BC appears in SEK, while we’ll receive payment in USD.
Does anyone have a solution for these issues?
