I'm having Documents Core Pack for mail merge. Documents Core Pack is not supporting for the entities which is having business process flow. But it works fine when entities don't have business process flow. Please help me to solve this problem.

Document core pack is a Third party solution, Check with provider of the solution thay may help you to sort out this issue.
