Hello Everyone,

In my current phase, I am trying to learn Asset management.

Here I am stuck at one point I cannot understand the issue. Can anyone please guide me on this please?

"Missing service level setup for asset ThinkPad T450 (ThinkPad T450)" You can reference the image.

Even though I have already added the servile level, Can refer to the below image

    Hello Dharma,

    In your screenshot you have the Work order type set as Preventative so this Service level will only be applied to that type, not the Asset itself. Can you leave that field blank instead and save it? This should apply it to the entire Asset, not just a specific Work order type.

    You can leave more fields blank too if you'd like to easily set up the Service level by Asset type instead of creating a level for each specific asset. For example, below the only field that is set is 1 so this applies the Service level 1 to all the Assets in the system. Hope this helps!
