Dynamics 365 dashboard for tracking open leads

Hello,

I wanted to know if there was a way to track open leads on a specific product line and put it into a dashboard. In addition, we use Click Dimensions for marketing and want to know how to extract information from it to put it on the dashboard as well.

    Hi Fahizzle,

    Here are the steps to create a view to track open leads on a specific product line and put it into dashboard:

    1. Go to Power Apps Home page: https://make.preview.powerapps.com/

    2. Select environment and then click Tables on the left pane.

    3. Select Lead.

    4. Create a “Many-to-one” relationship with table that include specific product line.

    5. Create a view in Lead table.

    6. Add columns in the view, choose columns in table that include specific product line in Related tab.

    7. Save and publish the view.

    8. Edit the app in classic model.

    9. Select dashboards that show in the app.

    10. Double click chat pane and then choose the entity and view that we want to track.

    One more thing is we can try to explore Click Dimensions data with Power BI, after that we can embed the report to dashboard to extract information. Please refer to this link: How to embed a Power BI report in the Dynamics 365 CRM? - CRM Crate
