I’m facing a strange issue, I create a new online organization (Ver 7.1), in this organization, i create a marketing campaign and a campaign activity with 'Email' as type. i distribute this activity but I’m not able to promote the email activity generated to response.
The button 'promote to response' is available but when i click on it NOTHING happens.
This issue is related to email activity ONLY, for other activity type (Phone call or fax for example I don't have this issue).
Like I said in the beginning, this is a new organization: no customization or setup was applied.
On my on-premises organization (Ver 7.0.1), i didn't encounter this issue, i can promote my email activity to response without problem.
This issue is critical our client, any help would be great.
