Should the following steps be the same for Dynamics CRM Online? Is there an alternative way of changing them?

I customised the stage names within the form but only codes were referenced on charts, I've tried the above but it does not appear to have worked.

when creating the chart, select sales stage and not process stage.

Hi Prashant

When I select sales stage it just shows a bar for those at qualify. With Process Stage I want the chart to be the individual stages after they have been qualified.

On what entity you are trying to create a chart? Lead or opportunity?

It would good , if you can share a screenshot of all stages you want in... share the busines process flow if you can

It's on the opportunity - this is the flow/stages if that helps?

At the moment, i can create a chart showing how many at each stage each user, as per my first post, has but I struggling to work out how to change the way they are named.

You are using field "processid" from enity "opportunity", but to show real stage names you need to use field "stagename" from entity "processstage".

select view as 'All Opportunities', then create your chart with either pipeline phase or sales stage. You must choose the correct view of opportunity to see all stages
