We have a requirement,
when customer calls to callcenter, they need to verify the caller by asking some questions like DOB....etc If they answer correctly to atleast 3 questions then only they are genuine customer.
(1 approach which i know is, creating a custom entity with questions and prompt this entity from contact record.)
Can you suggest any existing tools/Add-on s for this purpose?
Which is the best approach to implement this?

I have the same question (0)You can use Unified Service Desk which can have pre-configured questions called Agent Scripts.
