Sales Quote archive are they deleted automatically after a specified period

Hello,
Is there are specific period after which archived sales quote will be deleted automatically?
If no, is there a way to delete them automatically after the 12 months from the date of quote creation

    Check "Retention policies".
    You can set up a Retention policy for Sales Header Archive - table 5107.
    In the Retention lines add a filter for Document Type = Quote. and provide the time period how long should they be kept.

    Either its a customization that is running process via job queue to delete these entries or its scheduled in Retention policies.

    Out of the box, or by default, no there is not. Sales quote archives are not deleted automatically.
     
     
    If no, is there a way to delete them automatically after the 12 months from the date of quote creation
    As mentioned by other users, you can use Retention Policies to set up the system to automatically delete them
