I have subscribed to the trial version of Dynamics 365 (Plan 1) for 30 days.
I have system administrator privileges as a security role.
I tried to create a Unit Group and define Units.
When I click New in Unit Groups, a dialog comes up asking "Name" and "Primary Unit".
When I fill them in and click OK, the next screen (Unit Group Information), that comes up, only includes General section and includes no left pane (Common, Units).
I have clicked "FORM EDITOR" on the top navigation panel and it shows that there is a left pane but it looks inactive in the editor including header and footer.
In Youtube videos, people always have the left pane and have no problem with it.
I wonder why this happens and if there are any solution to make the left pane active in Unit Groups.

on your CRM black ribbon do you see this symbol > next to service?
Click on it and it will show those entities
