Page inspection and personalisation not working

When invoking the page inspection or personalisation in Business Central Version 26.4/26.5 (SaaS) we just get a message "working on it". This does not ever resolve and have to close the page and log into BC again.

This is Microsoft issue .. Microsoft is working on fixes . Will update you once solved .

Page inspection and personalisation not working

Hi,

Many users across different regions are experiencing this issue. Microsoft has already resolved it for some regions and is rolling out the fix on a region-by-region, tenant-by-tenant basis.

Please be patient, it should be resolved for you soon.
