Date not shown in E-Mail form - why?

Hello,

I really like working with Dynamics CRM, but one there's one thing, Im really wondering about.

When I'm in a view, e.g. "Closed Activities", the sent-date is visable. Nice.

But... when I open one mail, i cannot see the sent-date anymore.
That would be really helpful in daily Business.

How / where can I communicate this as a Feature request?

    Do you want to see "Actual End" field in the Email form when you open it? If so you can go to customization of the email entity and add this field to the email form , save and publish it .

    I was just wondering, why such a basic requierement is not implemented by default.

    Well ok, we can handle that by customization.

    CRM is used by vast number of customers and each customer has unique requirements. Actual end field may not be very important for all the customers, that's the reason CRM provides flexibility to customize the form to add whichever field customer feels important to their organization.
