Hi, If I were the developer of this function, this value should be obtained from Approval Entries, so it cannot be modified. Of course, it is also possible to set a fixed text. Anyway, as mentioned by several experts above, this is not a standard feature and you need to contact your partner.

agree with the previous answers. you could find out what the report ID is before printing. example as below. but it will also help to investigate how the approval is set up for that workflow. Open the workflow and take a look under the Then response section. Usually, you could find out how the approval is set up as the below example. Look into the approvers accordingly and confirm if the name on the report is pulling from the workflow setup or is hard coded on the report layout. Nav has different types of approval setups. Approval user set up mainly functions by listing the user names who will be then set up with specific approval types.
