I can't figure out the debit account for employee reported tips received directly in cash and charged tips reported.  I know that they are not part of our gross pay because they are not our expense. I really need both debit account and credit account for tips received as cash and the debit account for charged tips reported.

 I am doing payroll for Monday payday.

    Please reference Knowledge Base  to potentially resolve this issue you are experiencing.     This really is a question for your Dynamics Partner, as the accounts used will be specific to your company.

    If you are under time pressure, you could set up new accounts. One for each distribution that you don't know how to handle. At least then you can process your payroll, the resulting distributions are isolated, and you can transfer them to the correct accounts when you know what these should be.
